Fried Hokkien Mee.

Hokkien Fried Prawn Noodle is a hugely popular stall dishing out wet type of fried hokkien mee. A huge wok-full of yellow noodles and mee hoon are wok fried with eggs and bean sprouts, then simmered in a broth, resulting in a soft textured and wet plate of fried hokkien mee.

The fried hokkien mee contains fairly large prawns that are decently fresh, sotong slices that are rather soft, and pork belly slices that are tender and meaty with some fatty parts. Green lime, crispy pork lard and an optional spicy chilli sauce are provided on the side.

While this serving of fried hokkien mee tastes rather nice, it is seriously not worth the long wait.
