Hong Heng Teochew Carrot Cake dishes out traditional fried carrot cake, amde with soft cubes of radish cake pan-fried with eggs and chye poh.
The white version of fried carrot cake is quite flavourful and has some crispy bits. The black version has extra sweet black sauce added, giving it a mild tint of sweetness, and it is crispy. I like it!
Both options taste nice, though personally I prefer the black one a little more.
