Cai Png.

The cai png, as shown above, comes with a piece of pork chop, steamed egg, tau kee roll, ikan bilis and peanuts, served with rice and curry sauce.

The pork chop is meaty and glazed with a sweet sauce, while the steamed egg is soft and savoury. The tau kee roll is soft and springy with nice tofu flavours. The peanuts is crunchy, the ikan bilis is a bit soft, and the are glazed in a slightly spicy and slightly sweet sauce. The curry sauce is mildly spicy and pleasantly flavoured.

All in all, this serving of cai png tastes decent.
