Hup Huat Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with usual choice of noodles in either soup or dry. Above is their soup version of prawn mee with yellow noodles. It comes with prawns, fish cake and pork slices. The pig skin is an extra add-on.

The prawn is a bit on the small size but tastes decent. The fish cake is soft and smooth, and the pork is firm and meaty. The pig skin is an extra add-on, and it is soft and smooth. The yellow noodles is firm and springy, and comes with some bean sprouts and fried shallots. As for the soup, it is decently flavourful with a light hint of prawns.
