Wanton Mee.

Hup Seng Huat Cooked Food dishes out wanton mee featuring slices of char siew stacked on a plate of tossed noodles with some vegetables and crispy pork lard. A small bowl of wanton soup is served on the side.

The char siew slices are lean and meaty with a sweet tint. The wanton has a soft skin wrapping a soft and meaty filling containing crunchy water chestnut bits and is rather flavourful. Its soup has a pleasant savoury taste. The tossed noodles is firm and springy with a nice seasoning taste.

This serving of wanton mee tastes rather decent.
