Minced Meat & Fishball Noodles.

Jade Light Noodle House serves a variety of minced meat and fishball noodles. Their minced meat mee pok, above, comes with minced meat, pork slices, fish dumpling and meatballs. The fishballs and fish cake are extra add-ons.

Both the sliced pork and minced meat are firm and meaty, and the meatball is firm with savoury and meaty flavours. The fishball and fish cake slices are both smooth and soft with pleasant fish flavours. The fish dumpling is fairly smooth with a decently flavourful filling. The mee pok is firm and springy, with a rather flavourful seasoning, and tossed with some crispy pork lard. The bowl of soup tastes nice too.

This serving of minced meat and fishball mee pok tastes not bad.
