This braised duck noodles uses yellow noodles with braised sauce added and topped with chopped spring onions and fried shallots. The noodles is springy and you have the option to add a spicy and savoury tasting chilli paste. The braised duck is soft and meaty with soft and smooth skin. Comes served with a nice savoury flavoured soup ont he side. This braised duck noodles tastes decently nice.
