Ji De Lai Wanton Noodle serves traditional wanton mee featuring lean char siew slices on a plate of tossed noodles, along with a small bowl of wanton soup.

The char siew is lean, firm and meaty. The wanton has soft skin wrapping a savoury meaty filling. The wanton dumplings are served in a ikan bilis flavoured soup with some vegetables. The tossed noodles is firm and springy, with a mild savoury seasoning, and it comes with some vegetables. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste is provided on the side.

Overall, this serving of wanton mee tastes decent.
