is a stall serving haianese curry rice with a decent selection of mains and sides. Tastes decent.

Hainanese Curry Rice

Ji Xing Hainanese Curry Rice serves hainanese curry rice with a decent selection of mains and sides. Seen above is with pork chop, ngo hiang and fried egg, served with rice and curry sauce.

The pork chop has a crispy crust and meaty meat with nice seasoning flavours. The ngo hiang has a soft savoury tasting filling with a tint of yam. However, its skin is soft and isn’t crispy. It would have been nice if its skin is crispy. The fried egg has a runny yolk and slightly crispy whites. As for the curry, it is mildly spicy with decent flavours, Comes with some soft curry potato pieces.

This is a decent tasting plate of hainanese curry rice.
