Fried Mee Hoon.

The fried mee hoon contains some vegetables and has a dry texture. The fried noodles features a mixture of yellow noodles with a few strands of kway teow, and has a springy texture. Both options have decent flavours, and an optional chilli paste is provided on the side.

The ngo hiang is soft and pleasantly flavoured, but not crispy. The spring roll has a slightly crispy and chewy skin, wrapping a rather flavourful filling with a note of spiciness. The fried chicken wing is meaty with a crispy batter and skin, and tastes decent. All these are additional add-ons.

Mee Siam.

The mee siam has a decently flavoured sauce that is slightly sweet with a light limey note. It comes with pieces of tau pok soaking up the mee siam sauce flavours, a boiled egg, and topped with chopped spring onions and an optional dollop of chilli paste. This is a decent serving of mee siam.
