Hainanese Chicken

Jin Fa Traditional Hainanese Chicken Rice does only one type of chicken rice, the white hainanese chicken rice. This Hainanese chicken rice comes with a plate of chicken rice, small bowl of soup and a small saucer of chilli sauce.

The chicken rice is fragrant, isn’t oily and and tastes nice. Slices of white chicken meat are stacked on top of the rice. The Hainanese chicken has moist and tender flesh and its chicken skin is really smooth. A bowl of decently flavoured soup and a saucer of garlic chilli sauce comes on the side. This is quite a nice plate of Hainanese chicken rice. I like it.
