Guo Tie & Dumplings.

The guo tie has a crispy skin with a juicy and pleasantly flavoured meat filling. The boiled dumplings have the same juicy and flavourful meat filling wrapped in a soft skin. Both taste not bad.

There are a couple of chilli dip options. The chilli sauce is slightly limey, and the chilli oil is slightly crunchy.

Xiao Long Bao.

The xiao long bao has a moist meaty filling wrapped in a thin chewy skin. Although there is no bursting soup with its filling, its flavours are decent.

Siew Mai.

The siew mai has a soft, juicy and flavourful meat filling containing some crunchy water chestnut bits, wrapped in a soft skin. Nice..

Zha Jiang Mian.

The zha jiang mian features firm and springy you mian, topped with decently flavoured minced meat and crunchy shredded cucumber. This bowl of noodles tastes not bad too.

Fried Dong Fen.

The dong fen is wok fried with bean sprouts and egg, with prawns and fish cake slices added. The fried dong feng has a moist texture and tastes alright.

Fried Rice.

The yang zhou fried rice comes with tiny bits of char siew, prawns, chopped spring onions and slivers of egg. It has a firm texture with pleasant savoury flavours, but is a bit moist and lumpy. Still, It is quite decent.
