Ngo Hiang

Jin Long Wu Xiang Prawn Cracker serves various ngo hiang pieces. Above is their ngo hiang, crispy prawn cracker, fish cake and water chestnut egg cake served with a plate of fried mee hoon.

The ngo hiang has crispy skin with meaty bits and crunchy water chestnut bits in its soft and flavourful filling. The crispy prawn cracker has crispy batter and decent tastes. The fish cake is firm and springy with a crispy skin. The water chestnut egg cake is crispy outside, soft inside with a faint tint of water chestnut flavours. A limey and slightly sweet tasting chilli sauce is provided on the side and pairs rather well with the various ngo hiang pieces.

The fried mee hoon as an optional add-on. The fried mee hoon contains some bean sprouts. It is slightly moist and tastes rather decent.
