Fried Oyster Omelette

The fried oyster omelette has a nice savoury taste. Its eggs and starch mixture is slightly crispy with a bit of chewiness in the starchy bits. The oysters are quite large and plump but does not taste as fresh. This fried oyster omelette is just a decent one.

Fried Carrot Cake

The usual black and white versions of fried carrot cake is available as well. The fried carrot cake uses longish cubes of radish cake that is fairly firm and springy with eggs added. Although pan fried, both versions of the fried carrot cake are not crispy at all but tastes alright though. The black version has sweet black sauce added giving it a very slight tint of sweetness. These are served with some chopped spring onions on the side. Both are rather oridinary but still fairly decent.
