Fried Kway Teow.

Katong Jago dishes out fried kway teow with see hum, fish cake and lap cheong. These are wok-fried in a mixture of mostly kway teow, with a few strands of yellow noodles, together with pork lard, bean sprouts, vegetables and egg.

The see hum is smallish but tastes decent. The fish cake is springy, and the lap cheong is soft and sweet. The fried kway teow is flavourful with mild savoury and sweet tastes with a hint of wok hei.

This plate of fried kway teow tastes nice, and is enjoyable.
