Fishball Minced Meat Noodles.

The fishball and minced meat noodles come with minced meat, pork slices, fishballs, fish cake and fish dumpling, served with a small bowl of nice lightly flavoured soup.

Both the minced meat and pork slices are soft and meaty. The fishball is smooth and springy, and the fish cake is smooth and soft. The fish dumpling has a smooth skin with flavourful meaty filling. The pleasantly flavoured mee pok is fairy smooth and springy, and contains bean sprouts, chopped spring onions and crispy pork lard.

The fishball and minced meat mee pok tastes not bad.

Prawn Mee.

The prawn mee comes with slices of prawns, fish cake and pork, served with a small bowl of decently flavoured prawn soup on the side.

The prawns are of decent size and freshness, the fish cake is springy with nice fish flavours, and the sliced pork is soft and meaty. The mee kia is firm and springy, with vegetables and bean sprouts. It has a nice dry texture with mild savoury seasoning flavours and crispy pork lard. Optional fried shallots, chopped spring onions and chilli powder can be added to it.

This serving of prawn mee mee kia tastes nice.

Laksa.

The laksa features see hum, prawn slices, fish cake slices and tau pok, served in a bowl of flavourful laksa gravy with notes of light spiciness, coconut milk and dried shrimp flavours.

The see hum are small in size but tastes decent. The sliced prawns are of decent size and taste, and the fish cake is soft and smooth. The tau pok is soft from soaking up the nice flavours of laksa gravy. The yellow noodles is firm and comes with some bean sprouts.

This bowl of laksa is rather enjoyable. I like it.
