Katsu Don.

The katsu is firm and meaty with a deep-fried crust that is mostly soft from the soya sauce seasoning and layer of soft egg. It is served on top a bowl of rice with a mildly sweet soya sauce with some onions and spring onions. The katsu don tastes decent.

Teishoku.

The teishoku comes with a serving of katsu, cabbage, rice, miso soup and raddish.

The tender and meaty katsu is coated in a crispy breaded crust, with a crispy skin as well. An optional apricot sauce with slightly sweet and limey flavours can be added on to it. The cabbage is crunchy, and the serving of radish and carrot shreds is slightly sweet and savoury. The miso soup has decent flavours and contains some seaweed.

Overall, the teishoku tastes not bad.

Curry Rice.

The tenderloin katsu is firm and meaty with a crispy breaded crust. The fried ebi has a whole prawn wrapped in a crispy breaded coating. The chicken karaage is firm, meaty and crispy. The japanese curry is mildly spicy with a subtle sweet undertone, and it tastes pretty decent.
