Kim Lee Carrot Cake dishes out fried carrot cake using firm and springy radish cake cubes containing tiny slivers of carrot. These are pan-fried with eggs and chye poh.
The fried carrot cake is slightly crispy with nice flavours and a light note of smoky wok hei. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it light sweet tone. The fried carrot cake is served topped with chopped spring onions.
Both fried carrot cake options are nice and likeable.
