Fish Soup.

The bowl of sliced batang fish soup comes with thick slices of batang fish, minced pork meatballs, small tofu cubes, soft tomato, vegetables and a few slivers of ginger shreds. All these are served in a bowl of lightly flavoured soup which tastes pleasant.

The fresh slices of batang fish are soft and smooth. Its skin is especially smooth, chewy and fat. The minced pork meatballs are soft, meaty and flavourful. Both batang fish and meatballs tastes good! An optional limey chilli sauce is provided on the side and it pairs really well with the fish and the meatballs.
