Prawn Mee.

Legacy Of Prawn offers a variety of prawn mee, served in either soup or dry style, with a choice of noodles.

The prawn mee features prawns that are of decent size and tastes decently fresh, firm and meaty pork slices, and fish cake slices that are smooth and springy with a pleasant fish taste. The prawn soup is flavourful with nice prawn flavours.

The yellow noodles is firm, the kway teow is rather smooth, and the tossed mee pok is fairly firm with decent seasoing flavours. The noodles come with some vegetables and bean sprouts, topped with fried shallots oil. An optional chilli powder can be added too.

Both the soup and dry versions of prawn mee taste rather nice.
