Its skin has a nice slightly savoury taste. Comes served with a piece of green lime and a limey tasting chilli dipping sauce. The chicken wings tastes nice with the green lime squeezed on to them. Would have been better if the skin is even crispier, but this is still a decent BBQ chicken wings.
