Li Xing Zhou Pin Congee Delights

sells an assortment of porridge. Quite smooth and tastes rather decent.

Pork Slice & Meatball Porridge

Li Xing Zhou Pin Congee Delights sells an assortment of porridge. Shown above is their pork slices and meatballs porridge with a raw egg added as an extra.

The porridge is quite smooth and savoury, topped with chopped spring onions, fried shallots and sprinkled with pepper. There is no you tiao though. The pork slices are tender and soft with meaty and savoury flavours. Likewise for the meatball, it has meaty and savoury flavours and is firm yet soft. The raw egg unfortunately got cooked quite quickly turning in solid bits and pieces instead of blending in into the smooth porridge. All in all, this porridge tastes decent.
