Braised Duck.

The boneless slices of braised duck are tender and meaty with a soft and flavourful skin. Some nicely flavoured braised sauce with a tint of sweetness is added on to them. The serving of yam rice that comes with the braised duck meat is flavourful with a subtle hint of dried shrimp flavours. A few slices of cucumber are provided on the side. A bowl of pleasantly flavoured soup, and an optional mixture of limey chilli sauce and sweet dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste comes along with the braised duck rice.

This serving of braised duck rice is enjoyable. I like it.
