Prawn Mee.

Liu Da Xia offers a variety of prawn mee. Their regular prawn mee features prawns that are decently sized and fresh, soft and smooth fish cake slices, and thinly sliced pork that is firm and meaty.

The dry version of prawn mee has nicely flavoured seasoning with a subtle note of sweetness. The noodles is firm and springy, and comes with some bean sprouts and vegetables, topped with crispy fried shallots and pork lard. A bowl of very flavourful prawn soup with a peppery hint is served on the side.

There is also a white curry soup version of prawn mee. The white curry soup has a strong peppery taste, and is accompanied with a scoop of seasoning paste. When mixed into the soup, it turns into a flavourful peppery broth.

Both versions of prawn mee taste nice in their own way.
