Fishball Minced Meat Noodles.

The fishball minced meat mee pok features a bowl of soup containing fishballs, pork balls and fish dumplngs, and a bowl of tossed mee pok with minced meat.

The handmade fishballs are smooth and springy with a nice fish taste. The pork balls and firm with a meaty and light savoury note. The fish dumplings, an extra add-on, are rather smooth and has a peppery tasting meaty filling. These are served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup with chopped spring onions, coriander and fried shallots.

The tossed mee pok is firm and springy with a decent seasoning taste. It comes with some bean sprouts, crispy fried shallots and pork lard. The minced meat is soft and meaty with a mild savoury note.

This serving of fishball minced meat mee pok tastes not bad.

Yong Tau Foo.

A wide range of yong tau foo is also available. As shown above is an assorted of yong tau foo served in a bowl of nice soya bean flavoured soup, topped with spring onions, coriander and fried shallots. A bowl of tossed mee kia is served alongside.

The fried meatball is soft and meaty with a nice savoury and flavourful taste. The fried fish cake is firm and spring with a savoury note, while the teochew fish cake is soft and smooth with a plesant fish taste. Both the ngo hiang and tau kee roll are soft and flavourful. The tau pok has a soft meaty filling, and soaks up the soup’s flavourings. The tofu skin is soft, and likewise is bursting with the soup’s flavourings.

The tossed mee kia is fairly springy and has decent seasoning flavours, and it comes with some crispy fried shallots, pork lard and chopped spring onions.

This serving of yong tau foo soup with mee kia tastes not bad too.
