Mini Wok
Lucky Fishball Noodle serves an assortment of fishball and minced meat noodles with a selection of noodles to choose from. Their mini wok noodles, as shown above, comes with mee kia. Unlike other stalls, the mini wok is served in a bowl rather than in a mini wok. The mini wok includes fishball, fish cake, fish dumpling, meatball, crab stick, minced meat and a raw egg, served in a bowl of soup. A serving of mee kia is served alongside.
The fishball is soft, smooth and springy, and the fish cake is smooth and springy too. The fish dumpling has a rather smooth texture and a decent taste. The meatball is firm with a savoury and meaty flavour, while the minced meat is soft and meaty. The crab stick is the regular supermarket type. A raw egg with runny yolk and soft whites is included in the nicely flavoured soup, with a mix vegetables and seaweed.
The serving of mee kia is firm and springy, with a decent taste. It comes with some bean sprouts and is topped with crispy fried shallots and chopped spring onions. The slices of braised mushrooms, that comes with the noodles, are soft with a slightly sweet taste.
This serving of mini wok with mee kia tastes nice.
