The Folks Favourite Noodles

The Folks Favourite Noodles comes with a bit of everything, and mee kia is chosen above.

The bowl of noodles comes with a large piece of wanton, an onsen egg and minced meat. The fried wanton has a crispy skin and its meat filling area is a bit chewy. The flavourful minced meat is soft and meaty. The firm and springy mee kia noodles itself is tossed with crispy pork lard, and a nicely flavoured seasoning with a sweet note. It tastes nice on its own. However when the onsen egg is mixed into the tossed noodles, it tastes even better. I like it!

A bowl of fish flavoured soup containing fishballs, fish roll and fish dumpling is served alongside the noodles. The fishball has very nice fish flavours, is soft and bouncy. The fish roll is smooth with a carrot filling. Likewise, the fish dumpling is smooth and has a nicely flavoured filling. All 3 tastes nice.

This serving of The Folks Favourite Noodles is rather enjoyable and likeable.
