The fried chicken briyani features a whole piece of fried chicken leg, served with briyani rice and a side of achar, along with a small bowl of potato curry.

The fried chicken is moist and meaty with a crispy and flavourful skin. The achar is crunchy with a refreshing limey taste. The briyani rice is firm, fluffy and flavourful, and the potato curry is mildly spicy with decent flavours. An optional spicy and nicely flavoured chilli paste is provided on the side.
