Lor Mee.

The signature lor mee, as shown above, features braised pork belly, fried meatballs, fish ngo hiang slices, fish rolls, and half a braised egg, served with thick yellow noodles and bean sprouts, in a bowl of thick, starchy and pleasantly flavoured braised sauce. Optional vinegar, chopped chilli, chopped coriander, minced garlic, and dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added.

The braised pork belly is meaty with a layer of soft fats. The fried meatballs are soft, meaty and flavourful but no longer crispy. Both the fish ngo hiang and fish roll are soft with a nice savoury taste. The braised egg has a subtle braised flavour.

All in all, this bowl of signature lor mee tastes pretty decent.
