The sliced fish is remarkably smooth and soft. The fried fish is very smooth and soft too, with a soft savoury fried crust that has pockets of crispiness. The soup itself is flavourful with a well-balanced savoury taste. The deep fried egg, infused with fish soup, tastes nice. The yee mee is firm and is accompanied with some vegetables.
