REVIEW

Master Choy Roasted Delights

is a chain store serving the usual assortment of siu mei meats with choice of noodles and rice. Decent.

Char Siew, Siu Yuk, Roast Sausage

Master Choy Roasted Delights does the usual selection of siu mei meats. Above is their char siew, siu yuk and roast sausage rice.

The char siew is meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The siu yuk is savoury tasting with soft and meaty meat containing some fatty parts and crispy skin. As for the roast sausage, it is firm and meaty with a sweet taste.

These are served on a plate of plain white rice with a sweet tasting braised sauce added. On the side is a bowl of vegetables flavoured soup and a small saucer of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste.

This plate of char siew, siu yuk and roast sausage rice is quite decent.

Wanton Mee

Besides rice, noodles is available as well. Above is their wanton mee.

The char siew provided is the lean meat type. It is meaty with a sweet taste. The wanton has soft skin with a savoury tasting meat filling, and served in a bowl of nice savoury flavoured soup. As for the tossed noodles has nice seasoning flavours. It is a bit soft but still fairly springy. Comes with some vegetables and crispy pork lard.

This serving of wanton mee is also a rather decent one.
