Nasi Padang

Mbakyu Nasi Padang Warong Pojok serves nasi padang with a nice selection of mains and sides. Seen above is with curry chicken, bean sprouts and fried egg.

The curry chicken thigh has soft and tender meat, and its skin is soft and flavourful. The curry has very nice flavours with notes of spiciness. The fried bean sprouts comes with carrot shreds, chopped green and red chillis and onion bits. It is crunchy with a nice savoury taste. The fried egg is quite normal though, cooked egg yolk and egg whites. Comes served with white plain rice that is drenched with tasty curry sauce.

This plate of nasi padang tastes nice and is likeable. I enjoyed it.
