Pork Trio Noodle.
The pork trio noodle comes with fried pork, pork belly and pork ribs, served with tossed noodles, with some vegetables and topped with chopped spring onions. A small bowl of flavourful soup containing carrots is provided on the side.
The fried pork is firm, meaty and flavourful, coating with a crispy deep-fried crust. Both the pork belly and pork ribs are soft and meaty with some soft fatty parts and decent braised flavours. The tossed noodles is firm and springy with nice seasoning flavours.
This serving of pork trio noodle tastes nice, especially the fried pork. The pork belly and pork ribs are decent choices too.
