The roast chicken is smooth, tender and juicy with a flavourful skin. The char siew is firm, meaty and sweet. The siu yuk is meaty and tender with some soft fatty parts and a crispy skin. The serving of rice is firm and flavourful, and the accompanying bowl of soup is nicely flavoured. A trio of dipping sauces are also provided along with the dish.
