Roast Duck, Char Siew, Siu Yuk.

The roast duck is tender and meaty with a flavourful skin. The char siew is tender with some soft fatty parts and slightly crispy edges. The siu yuk has crispy skin, is tender with soft fatty parts. All three options taste good.

These are served with firm white rice with a slightly sweet braised sauce added, and an optional dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste.

This serving of roast duck, char siew and siu yuk rice is absolutely enjoyable.

Roast Chicken Wing, Sausage.

The roast chicken wing is tender and moist with a nice smoky taste and a mild note of sweet. The sausage is firm and meaty. These are served on a plate of rice with sweet braised sauce, and a dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste added. Not bad.

Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features slices of char siew and vegetables, served on the plate of tossed noodles, along with a bowl of wanton soup on the side.

The char siew slices are tender and meaty with slightly crispy edges and a mildly sweet taste. The wanton has a soft skin wrapping a meaty filling, and its soup has a pleasant savoury taste. The noodles, tossed in a sweet soya sauce seasoning, is firm and springy. An optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added to the side.

This serving of wanton mee tastes good too.
