Beef Noodles.
The beef noodles contains sliced beef and beef balls served with thick mee hoon and bean sprouts, in a bowl of decently flavoured soup.
The beef slices are firm and meaty, and the meaty beef balls are springy with decent flavours. Some coriander leaves and savour chopped preserved radish are added as toppings. An optional limey chilli sauce is also provided on the side.
Overall, this bowl of beef noodles tastes decent.
