Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken.

Both the hainanese chicken and roast chicken are moist and meaty. The hainanese chicken has a fairly smooth and soft skin, and the roast chicken has a flavourful skin. The boneless sliced chicken are served on a plate of rice that is firm, fluffy and rather flavourful with soya sauce seasoning added. Some cucumber slices and coriander are provided on the side. A bowl of decently flavoured soup, and a garlicky and limey chilli sauce is served alongside the chicken rice.

Overall, this serving of hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice tastes decent.

Chicken Cutlet.

A fried chicken cutlet option is also available. The meaty chicken cutlet is coated in a crispy breaded crust, and has pleasant flavours. Some sweet thai chilli sauce is drizzled on it.

The chicken cutlet rice tastes alright.
