Rojak.

The rojak features slices of cucumber, pear and pineapple, tossed in a watery rojak sauce along with pieces of you tiao and tau pok with bean sprouts and grated peanuts.

The cucumber is crunchy and juicy. The pear is crunchy, juicy and slightly sweet. The pineapple is juicy with slightly sweet and tarty flavours. The you tiao is firm, crispy and chewy, while the tau pok is chewy and mostly soft with just very mild crispiness at its sides. The rojak sauce is watery with slightly sweet and mild limey undertones. A topping of grated peanuts is added to the rojak when served.

Overall, this plate of rojak tastes decent.

Popiah.

The popiah has a soft and moist filling containing soft radish and carrot shreds, crunchy cucumber shreds and bean sprouts, grated peanuts, boiled egg bits and some crispy deep-fried bits. These are rolled up within a soft and chewy skin spread with a slightly sweet and garlicky seasoning sauce.

The popiah tastes decent but some parts of its skin is a bit dry.

Sushi Popiah.

The sushi popiah features a filling of shredded carrot and cucumber, bean sprouts and meat floss. These are rolled up in a popiah skin and a piece of seaweed with mayonnaise added. The sushi popiah tastes pretty alright.
