Rojak

Rojak Time serves rojak with the usual fruits wih you tiao and tau pok. As far as I can tell, this rojak comes with slices of cucumber, pineapple, pear and apple with pieces of you tiao and tau pok added. These are tossed in a rojak sauce with some bean sprouts and grated peanuts added. A dash of lime juice is also added into the sauce. It is then topped with more grated peanuts when served.

The slices of fruits are crunchy and juicy, fairly sweet too. Both the you tiao and tau pok are toasted with a nice crispy, especially the tau pok. It is crispy and airy, so good! The rojak sauce is fairly thick with bits of grated peanuts, and it has sweet flavours containing a tint of lime.

This plate of rojak has nice flavours, and its crispy you tiao and tau pok are good!
