Rong Xing La Mian Xiao Long Bao

does xiao long bao, guo tie and an assortment of dumplings as well as various la mian noodles. Decent.

Dumpling Noodles

This bowl of dumpling noodles contains la mian with some vegetables and dumplings in a bowl of nice lightly flavoured soup, and topped with chopped spring onions. The la mian is firm and springy. The dumplings has soft chewy skin and nicely flavoured meat filling. Nice.

Xiao Long Bao

This xiao long bao has soft and chewy skin wrapping a nicely flavoured and moist meat filling. However there is not much soup contained with its meat filling though. Still decent.

Guo Tie

This guo tie has nice chewy steamed skin with a crispy pan fried bottom. Its meat filling is nicely flavoured too. Quite likeable.

Spicy Wanton

This plate of spicy wanton comes with vegetables and chopped spring onions, served in a decently flavoured seasoning mix of chilli, vinegar and soya sauce. The wanton skin is soft and its meat filling is quite flavourful and moist. Decent.
