The vegetarian goose is crisy and flaky with decent flavours. Both the vegetarian pork and char siew and firm and meaty with mild smokey undertones. The fried enoki mushrooms are crispy with a lightly sweet taste, and it is nice. The spring roll has a chewy skin with crispy sides, wrapping a moist and flavourful filling of shredded radish and carrot. The fried mee hoon has is moist and has pleasant flavours. An optional mildly savoury chilli paste is provided on the side.
