Fish Soup.

The double fish soup comes with both sliced fish and fried fish. Both the sliced fish and fried fish are smooth and soft, with the fried fish having a savoury soft fried crust. The fish soup is pleasantly flavoured, and it comes with a serving of thick mee hoon and vegetables, topped with coriander leaves and fried shallots. It tastes not bad.

Fried Rice.

The sin chew fried rice features shrimps, tiny char siew bits and chopped spring onions, wok-fried with rice and egg. The rice is somewhat moist and soft, but it has decent flavours with a mild hint of wok hei. The fried rice is served topped with crispy fried shallots, and it tastes alright.

Hor Fun.

The dried fried hor fun comes with small shrimps that tastes fairly fresh, and tiny bits of char siew. These are wok-fried with bean sprouts, spring onions and egg. The hor fun tastes decent with a subtle hint of wok hei.

The beef version features soft and tender slices of beef with a nice savoury seasoning, and is a nice alternative.

Sweet Sour Fish.

The sweet sour fish features fried fish with a soft batter that is no longer crispy. These are glazed in a thick sauce with both sweet and soury notes, along with crunchy onion bits and coriander leaves. Its flavours are not too bad though. A serving of white rice comes with it.
