Double Fish Soup

Jin Hua Fish Soup does fish soups with sliced fish and fried fish, with choice of noodles or rice. Above is their double fish soup with yee mee chosen.

The sliced fish is decently soft and fairly smooth. The fried fish is meaty with a soft and chewy batter. The yee mee is firm and springy, and comes with some vegetables. The fish soup, however, is overly salty. It has strong flavours of soya sauce and sesame oil, somewhat like the soups found in instant noodles pack. Definitely not my cup of tea. Just average.
