The you mian features firm and meaty slices of pork and minced meat, a decently sized and fairly fresh prawn, and crispy ikan bilis. The freshly made tossed noodles is firm and springy with a slightly sweet seasoning sauce, and comes with some vegetables and crispy pork lard. A small bowl of pleasantly flavoured soup is provided on the side.
