Fried Hokkien Mee.

Shiok Hokkien Mee dishes out wet type of fried hokkien mee, containing prawns, sotong and pork belly slices within a wok-fried mixture of yellow noodles, mee hoon and egg.

The prawns are decent in size and taste rather fresh, and the sotong is firm. The pork belly is incredibly soft and tender, with soft fatty parts that literally melts in your mouth!

The fried hokkien mee is pleasantly flavoured with a lovely note of wok hei. A piece of green lime, and an optional spicy-tasting chilli sauce is provided on the side. The chilli sauce pairs really well with the fried hokkien mee.

This plate of fried hokkien mee is truly enjoyable. I like it.
