Nasi Lemak

This nasi lemak uses a greenish tint pandan leave rice that is firm and lightly flavourful. A dollop of slightly sweet tasting chilli is added to the side.

The fried chicken wing has a lightly coated batter that is crispy, has moist meat and nice savoury seasoning flavours. The fried egg has watery yolk and soft whites. The luncheon meat is regular type and is not crispy. The ikan bilis is crispy and the peanuts is crunchy.

This serving of nasi lemak is quite likeable.

Fried Mee Hoon & Noodles

The fried mee hoon has a moist texture and light savoury flavours. The fried noodles is firm and springy, with decently nice flavourings.

The ngo hiang is firm with a decently flavoured meaty filling. The teochew fish cake is fairly soft and quite smooth, and springy too. It contains tiny bits of chopped chilli and chopped spring onions. Tastes decent too.
