Si Xi Roasted Delight: Roast Duck, Siu Yuk & Char Siew Rice

The boneless slices of roast duck are tender, meaty and juicy, with a crispy, juicy and flavourful skin. A dang gui flavoured sauce is added onto it. The siu yuk is soft, tender and meaty with a crispy skin and light savoury flavours. The char siew is tender and meaty with some soft fatty parts. The sweet caramelised parts are especially good! All three meat options taste good.

The slices of meat are served atop a plate of white rice with a soft texture. A bowl of pleasantly flavoured white radish soup, and an optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste are provided on the side.

Overall, this serving of roast duck, siu yuk and char siew rice is enjoyable.

Roast Chicken.

The boneless slices of roast chicken are moist and meaty with a flavourful skin. The rice has a soft texture and is rather flavourful. An optional garlicky chilli sauce is provided on the side. The roast chicken option is a rather decent choice.
