This bowl of fish soup comes with both fish slices and fried fish meat, as well as some vegetables and sliced bitter gourd. It is topped with some fried egg bits, chopped spring onions and fried shallots.

Both the sliced fish and fried fish meat are meaty. The fried fish tastes savoury and is no longer crispy. The fried egg bits are crispy, and the yi mian is rather firm and springy. As for the soup, it is quite nicely flavoured.

There is nothing outstanding about this bowl of double fish soup. It is not bad per se, just decent and tastes ordinary.
