Soon Lee Fish Soup serves a variety of fish soups and seafood soups, with a selection of noodles or rice. As shown above is their double fish soup served with yee mee.

The sliced fish is remarkably smooth and soft, while the fried fish is chunky and meaty, with nice savoury flavours. Its fried crust has a pleasant fried egg coating flavour but unfortunately is soft. The yee mee is springy, and the soup has well-balanced flavours with a subtle hint of ginger. Some vegetables and ginger shreds are included in the soup.

This bowl of double fish soup has fresh tasting fish and is satisfying good. I like it.
