Soon Lee Heng Lor Mee serves lor mee with a lighter coloured-starchy sauce that tastes decent. The bowl of lor mee comes with pork slices, fish roll, a braised egg and crispy fried flour bits, served with yellow noodles and some bean sprouts.

The pork slices are small meaty bits with some fatty parts, but they are not braised. The fish roll is firm and has decent flavours. The braised egg is more like a regular boiled egg but with a firmer texture, and there is no braised sauce either. The dish is topped with crispy fried flour bits and coriander leaves.

This bowl of lor mee tastes is just OK.
